For all plastics, clearkote vanilla moose will take anything off in seconds and autoglym bodyshop 07b plastic and rubber restorer will give them that jet black look your looking for.
Side strips - if they are painted, you can either machine buff them with an edge pad and clearkote or if needed, menzerna intensive polish
Or use clearkote VM by hand with a foam or microfibre applicator pad and then the 07B
If you want lasting protection you can use paint sealants on them
back to black and meguiars vinyl/rubber protectant will work on some plastics but if they are oxidised or stained enough, you may need clearkote

And unlike the two above mentioned products, vanilla moose enhances gloss of glass, paint, wheels and is an oxidation remover for any surface.
Get any excess VM on another surface, it comes straight off without any residue or mess with a clean cloth
