exactly, he said he assembled the internals but doesn't assemble the actual box. I don't know much about how they go together but personally I think its BS. He seems to be doing the right thing and fixing it plus providing compensation, but I had to argue for it, he said that fixing the box was compensation, I had to point out that fixing the box is not compensation but simply making right for not doing the job properly in the first place.

His initial delivery of the box was about 1.5 weeks late, he didn't clean the case/extension housing properly, he tried to tell me that cleaning the case could have damaged it?, he didn't want to compensate me until I pushed him into it. This guy is asking for trouble, don't people realise that one ****ed off customer tells way more people compared to a happy customer, if I am not happy with it when it is returned I will seek advice from consumer affairs and compensation thru small claims court.
