From what I understand (which is from what I read in the Carsguide a while back), Holden and Isuzu parted ways a while ago with regards to their 4X4 units.
That's why you see Isuzu marketing it's own brand here now.
I could be wrong though, and am more than happy to have someone here in the know give the fully accurate picture.
