My guess is she had already made a hell of a mess before he got a chance to say anything.
He said it was a brain snap, so I assume he is not proud of what he did.
I know what 7-8 hours worth of cleaning and polishing a car feels like and can tell you I would see red if it happened to me too.
(Although I would hope I wouldn't do as MAV50L did)
