I wonder who determines "how long" for exceeding the speed limit? A Getz passing a road-train would take a LONG time .. could mean a nasty accident. I'm basically all against something which relies on a computer to artificially control the throttle (or steering) on a vehicle. Over the course of their relatively short operational lifespans most computers would make a lot more unrecoverable stuff-ups than a human ..
