L6 been done in OZ before
2.6 litre six cylinder the same motor they had
in the P76 and Marina !973/75
fitted longitude driving the rear wheels
and in the Austin Kimberly/Tasman
2.6 litre six cylinder fitted transversely
driving the front wheels
IE East/West and all built in Sydney
1970/72
so it has been done before
here in Australia
Why if you can have AWD in a large car
why cant you just do away with the FWD parts
wouldnt that just leave you with a RWD car
or am I missing something
also the Yanks have had 400 CI motors in FWD
for the last 40 years
then I once looked under the bonnet of a Cadilac limo
and it had a 4 cylinder sitting sideways
so who knows
