In terms of layout yes, in terms of size no. Much bigger vehicle than Territory.
Have seen the current Explorer next to a Territory and it dwarf's it easily. New one will be much the same.

So you're just going to gloss over the part about it being highly profitable? Might only sell 500 a month but it's 3rd in class in sales. And it sells for a significantly higher price than the 2 above it, the MUX and Pajero Sport.
