NZ recorded 58 cases and 0 deaths for a CMR of 0.351%.
The UK recorded 178,163 cases and 229 deaths for a CMR of 1.055%.
808,874 new cases in the USA yesterday and 2,629 deaths sees CMR at 1.436%.
