3m RATs arrived for Vic yesterday, and distribution has started. Check with your local authorities on where you can pick them up. My folks picked up a few tests from Deaken Uni out in Burwood this afternoon. Not sure how it works, but they were also able to pick up my "share" even though I was not there.
