You could live in NSW for 20 years and no one will be bothered with it.

Have never been told to convert to either state even given the written wording, no one questions it, the cops don't and even during Covid border closures.

State licencing is a real grey area, especially when you are living on the road like the other 250 000 people on the Wallaby do.
beauty of it is, I can buy, transfer registration NSW cars/trucks in my name, drive them around almost till they run out of rego, then transfer them straight to Victorian rego without a RWC.

All my vehicles are registered in Vic.

Also cheaper to hire cars with a NSW licence than Vic for some reason.

Licences here should be Federal instead, would stop a lot of confusing BS.
Minor question, vehicle rego is that in your name or the company name?
