Driving a truck/pocket road train in Perth last year on the freeway. 110k limit but speed limited to 100kmh so am doing that.
A learner passes me, but maybe 5-10k up the road they’ve now slowed down to 90ish.
So when I catch up to them I pull out and pass, and typically like most inattentive motorist when they see a truck passing them will speed up.
This one sped up and sat in line with the truck cab, right in the blind spot. Leave me hanging out in the RH lane holding up traffic.
The quick fix to this is to move left and put the passenger side wheels on the lane markings, they shit themselves and slow down pretty quick.

But to answer your question, prime example why the driving standards are ****ed, those with NFI and don’t have any driving ability/common sense teaching these learners bad habits.
Most usually in retard cars, like soulless Jap/Korean soft roader SUV.
