I thought it was illegal in all states to drive around with Driving Lights on during night or day unless you have high beam on.

And at one time you couldnt have Driving Lights fitted on you car unless they only came on with your High Beam.

Fog Lights are a different story - apparently to be used in Fog.

Seems 24 hours 7 days a week its foggy in all states :
