Default Big block marine engine history??

Not sure what to title it lol.

I was having a read about the old 534 big blocks ( MT's video on the V8 got me thinking blah blah blah) long story short I found a article that mentioned the 534 Super Seamaster being used in luxury boats.

Am I wrong to think they were also used in ' cigar' boats with 1200hp.
