hey all....june last year i got the xr50 front rear bar and side skirts....looks unreal on car...happy i didnt swap it now....um....got some of the black tail lights from there....they seem to leak heaps when it rains....just after i got boot repainted and guards buffed up the dust from the compound went into my ds tail light..do awc warrent these as being faulty having major leaks...every1 else who has these havent got this prob....tried to contact them but it seems like they have new ownership???? can anyone help or does any1 wanna swap these for series 2 or 3 light

Ok first up I dont think youre going to get any offers to swap after describing the problem with them :hihi:

I have the same issue with my set, I bought from the local autobarn. It was more so condensation building up when left on the street over night. I thought I had fixed the problem, was there were a number of gaps allowing water to get in, using some silicone, but apparently I havnt.

Are you talking about these?
If you are, then there's not much you can do... They fill up with condensation because they aren't sealed along the outside of the lights, the lights are sealed around the circles. You could run silicone along the outside, but as the guy above said, it's a pain in the **** to get it done 100%... Mine always drains quick, I just persevere with mine. |

Yeah Iv got the same lights in Chrome, most of the time its usually around the outside corner. Due to it being Chrome it hides most of it.
