Default Premium Brake Package- Original colour for brake calipers.

Hi all,

Have black series 2 XR8 220 with most Tickford enhancement options. I need to know what colour the Premium brake package calipers were. Mine seem to be steam cleaned and are a bit of a nothing colour.
Your help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, David.

Mine are the same nothing colour. As far as I know that was how they came.

The most popular colour I have seen the premo brakes is Blue.

Most popular colour I have seen on the AU's is your colour followed by red (colour of mine coincidentally). Blue I have only ever seen on B series.

They were never painted, the "nothing" colour is how they came.

Blue on B series and FPV vehicles, brembos are red.

Premium brakes on T Series are painted a metallic grey on TE and red on TS. Here are red ones from my TL50 (same as TS50)

I knew I had seen the blue calipers somewhere.

But I did know that "nothing" was the factory colour.
