Default How to remove headlight...

I'm trying to get the headlight out (front right) to seal the edges to stop moisture getting in. How do i get it out without having to drop the front bar? all the bolts and wiring have been removed and it moves freely, but i can't seem to maneuver it out?

Is there a trick to it?

Cheers.

there is also a bolt under the headlight.

you have to at least drop the bar on that side

you dont have to drop the bar.

once all 4 bolts are out, looms undone including the indicator one, it takes a lot of wedging, angling, swearing, pulling, pushing and massaging to get it out. and then back in again.

As HLC and EvilChief mentioned ... a little bit of massaging and preserverance ... maybe a little bit of lost skin as well ... and it is manageable without dropping the front bar.

Thanks guys. I managed to get it out. I've sealed the bottom. Here's hoping it doesn't fog up again
