Hi,
I own a ford cougar in the UK, I think it is an import, it has an Australian ID plate on it. Do these get fitted once in Australia or when a car leaves the factory. Many Thanks |

The Australian Compliance plate/sticker gets put on in Australia but the build plates/stickers would be put on at the factory where the car was built.

If the plate is Green or Yellow it will be fitted in Australia. The original silver build plate would be from the factory.
