This isn't an Evos? Rear end is different. So what exactly is this? Ride height looks kind of high. Possibly an awd vehicle with raised ride height like an Audi All-Road? Mondeo Active?

What ever it is it looks like it’s joining the trend of having stylised DRL’s with the headlights as a seperate unit underneath ala Jeep Cherokee. Still can’t quite get my head around it.

There was that rumour floating around of the Mondeo becoming a Subaru Outback competitor, with AWD and a raised ride height. I wonder if this is it. People jumped on the Evos as being this car initially, before they said it was china only. But I wonder if this vehicle is being piggy backed off the Evos and shares a lot of it's components.
Could be sedan and wagon versions? |

I'm hoping that there's going to be a hatchback too, like the current generation Mondeo.
I've also heard rumours that it's going to be a high riding wagon, like an Outback. Although I'm not sure if it has been officially confirmed, some spy shots (including this one) seem to indicate that it's a given that the next gen 'Mondeo' will be an off roader. Whether it'll come to Australia or not will be another story.

Could this be a Ford sedan shared off the Chinese Lincoln Zephyr?
Much lower development costs make this more profitable than the cancelled NG Mondeo? |
