Guitar. Got a 12 string, 6 string and a cheap and nasty electric... Ignore the Lobster and other cheesy stuff in the photo - this is the 'random stuff' room :P

BTW - Pic is very small size so shouldn't cause issues even for those on dial up, it's only about 40k Made sure of that before posting

11 years of classical violin. Can also play viola by default.

I have an electric guitar (which no one seems to be able to identify), and wish I could play it, but the 6 strings/4 fingers equation has never really worked for me. :(

Have also had a few attempts (mostly while bored backstage at orchestra performances) at flute, cello and a tiny bit of piano.

2 of my violins

The violin on the right is very special to me, as it was my grandfather's, but the whole story to it is in the "Show us your guitars or musical equipment" thread.

I play guitar, been playing for about 20yrs, wanting to purchase a new guitar from warmoth next month with luck, should cost around 2.5k, so I hope it is what they say it is, for the same guitar in a gibson (les paul) I would be looking at around 7.5k, so the saving is huge...
Man who pays over 5k for a guitar, that is just over the top...

Hey Casey , When I bought my Gibson LP in 1975 it was $ 569.00 (lots of $$$ back then ) Mum thought I had "rocks in my head" , but I've always looked after it and it plays just as good today as the day I got it (31 yrs hard work). I don't think they're still available , but my "Profile LP" is 99% as good , $ 1095.00 in 1989 . Copies these days are VERY good.

Guitar here..

Collection includes a Vai 7 String Universe, Vai Jembsb 6 string, a PRS and an Accoustic/Electric Maton. Pics were put up on here some time ago.

Just use an RP7 board through a 5150 head into 2 cabs.

I dont mind a strum of the semi acoustic... and played bass in a punk band... once.

I wouldnt say i "can play"... for on the 7th day, the lord created tablature. And he said that it was easy. And so it was.

Having said this, i do have basic understanding of music and the instrument itself. Good fun tho - a bit more challenging than working the TV remote.
