I just bought some rims 13x6 toyo kyogo race rims for my escort and they seem to be the right pattern, but they don't go on because the wheel studs are too small. I was wondering if this is a common problem with aftermarket rims, if so I will just go buy longer studs, if not I'll take the rims back.

I just got a set of twin carbies on a manifold and from the stock oil cap on the rocker cover is a hose that runs to the stock carby. Do I block it at the cap or just replace the oil cap to a closed one?

You should do this - do not block it off or use a non-breather type cap as it will not be good and could cause too high a crankcase pressure. |

Thanks, on a side note...
I think I am missing a few bits and stuff from my engine (such as an emission control system) which is required for a roadworthy and such. I am not sure what type of engine I have (as far as I know it's a 1998cc 4cylinder). If I provide pictures, do you think it would be worth (eventually) starting a new thread to gain help on what I need, or is it abit hard from just pictures. Thanks again, James. |
