The 4.0 heads are imported, and the Coyote has 40% local content, hardly Australian!
HA JUST STIRRING YOU! (had to be done lol)

Seriously though, it really is amazing (and saddening at the same time with local manufacturing winding down) of what this great nation was able to produce in the manufacturing sector.
The fact we have had these two brands (Holden & Ford) manufacturing local cars for just our market is pretty amazing.

4 litre heads are cast in Mexico but machined and assembled here.

Actually why we are talking 4.0 heads, before the double cam 4.0 heads (before the BA), where were the single cam 4.0 heads cast? I have never gotten a 100% answer on this?

Ford Geelong Aluminium Casting did all the pre- BA heads.
