Default What the hell is it this time

Hey guys,

The car seems to be going well, but when u turn it on the climate controls screen flashes on and off 4 times?? What the...

ok figured out how to run diagnostics on climate control, its gives me a e5 code which is ambient sensor, what ever that means

ambiant sensor is the one that tells you the outside temp.
i think its located inside the front bar or similar :P

damn so i might have to pull the front bar off and fit a intercooler in there at the same time

if the sensor is the same as an EA, the it will be a small lipstick black thing at the front bar somewhere.

it should be near the dryer/receiver.

Mine is just doing it now too, 2 months after the climate conversion
Im affraid to run the diagnostic because I dont want it to be the blend door :(
