hey guys, just wondering if anyone can help me with a few questions about 19" tyres. is it better to get 235/35 or 235/45 etc. or any better options? ive heard that if i get the 235/35 and go over a pot hole at a desant speed ill blow the a** out of my tyre... true or false? and what is a better tyre "anne" or "nan kang"? any help is great. cheers, Scott.

Probably wont blow the tyre but if you hit a large pothole or gutter at decent speed with really low profile tyres you will damage your rims. There for i guess it could blow the tire as an effect. As for side will sizes(35-45) generally a larged sidewall will give a comfier ride but with 19's it wont really matter. Id say go for 35's because it will look cooler lol. Ive never heard of anna so id probably say nankang. Which one is more expensive? There normally the better quality lol

thanks webby. im not shore what one is more expensive i just know there roughly the same $. the full story start 2 finish is... i bought a set of 18" anz tycoons and took them back because one was a very rough finish so after 10 minutes of arguing with the bloke he swapt it. then in the next few days i noticed (in the sunlight) a few were differant colours more black shadow in one than another etc. so after complaining again he put me in contact with an anz rep who then told me that they wont have hyper black tycoons for another 6 mouths (there waiting on a big order) so he offerd me chrome whitch i declined because it isnt what i payed for. so here i am 5 WEEKS later. trying 2 sort somthing out with the bloke i originaly dealt with. i am trying 2 get a set of 19"mk2 typhoons off him and he wants 2 give me anne or nankang tyres. i would love to get my money back and go somwhere else but he wont give me my money back so he knows i cant go anywhere else witch is why he knows he can keep trying to rip me off. i orriginaly gave him a set of ef/el xr6 copies and $1,100 for the 18" anz tycoons with tyres. and now when i take these wheels back he wants an extra $800 for the 19" mk2 typhoons and tyres. xr6 copies with tyres= $300+$1,100+$800= $2,200. am i getting ripped?
