Default ORSM Ford Cruises Christmas Party 2007

This year will see ORSM Ford Cruises hold our Christmas turn once again at the lovely Brimbank Park. At this time the Committee has set the date as December the 16th. Should be confirmed by next club meeting. There will be a BBQ and drinks provided as per last year with some raffles etc running, maybe even a Santa...........

This date is only around the corner I think its time to start planning everything we need, just so we are not rushed for time.

Well some things we need to organise,

1. Marquee
2. Tables
3. Meat
4. Salads
5 Bread
6 Butter
7 Sauce
8 cooking utensiles
9 Santa
10 drinks
and many other items.

What we did last year that a team from the club actually went early to Brimbank Park and picked out a good spot next to a BBQ and facilities. We erected the marquee and set our selves up . Those that came early cooked breakfast. Someones got the marquee and we need a couple of tressels and some chairs. People should bring some games like cricked footbal basket ball and stuff like that to entertain the kids and some of the adults. Hope this helps

Its just off the Western Ring Road on the Keilor Park Drive Exit.
Turn off to the left off the Hwy, then left again, a couple of hundred metres down the Rd.
