Hey gang,
As promised, here's some pics of the Focus Ghia Sedan with automatic Sequential Sports Shift that I managed to score this weekend! Sapphire Black with Beige leather trim, very nice car. I'll let the photos do the talking and after 700km I'll know how it drives compared to the manual Zetec too!! http://members.iinet.com.au/~fordboys/Matt/Ghia/ :Reverend:

Better than the previous model sedan IMHO.
The boot has a 510 litre capacity- that's over 100l bigger than my Mondeo and only about 20l shy of a current model Statesman IIRC!

I like pretty much everything about the car except the ride height, and my usual gripes about the new Focus interior. Exterior though, for a sedan, big thumbs up from me.

Agreed, looks nicer in the lighter colour but a good dumping and some different tail lights will fix up the darker one. Maybe even a nice classy euro style kit?

Ah very nice Matt although I like the Zetec better. No doubt the **** end of the Sedan is a HUGE improvement over the LR series but it's still a little too much for me to live with so I wouldnt be considering a sedan variant I don't think.

It's VERY much a car to see in the flesh. I blacked the tyres tonight, WHAT an improvement!! Not my car but damn I can't stand non-blacked tyres!! Makes or breaks a tidy car IMO.
My Ideal car in all honesty would be a manual LX sedan with 18's, dumped on some Eibachs with a nice MS Design style bodykit. Let me work on a photo chop and see if I can't make some magic from this black baby ;)

Unless you really need the badge, a LX has got all you could want! There the kind of pics I was looking for, a sedan with some nice rims and a kit. I think the mondeo ST220 rims would suit it alot when lowered.

I hope FoMoCo Oz give a body styling kit for the sedan...if not at least a suspension package that makes the car sit lower, because the Ghia on 17s looks a bit daft compared to the hatch which looks gorgeous, i think the sedan needs lowering or bigger wheels, apart from this the styling is good, i think it will be a volume seller up there with the astra! (which still uses the old engine and tranny...)

I never thought I would find myself saying this, but those Euro wheels look better than the Zetec ones. Not that impressed with the new Zetec ones, the previous Zetec had awesome 17" alloys but I'll need getting used to the new ones. I hope I can find alloys like those above when I get my new Focus. The more I look at the front though, the less impressed I am with it. It's the only bit which I don't believe has it over the previous model.
