couldnt agree more, the only downside is the extreme price they fetch especially new.

if i got an EL XR it would be riding on FR19s in a few colours depending what colour the car was.

I think I need to go change!!

If I had the dough I'd be putting Simmons FR's on my car in an instant! Always loved these wheels.

That dark blue EL XR with the gold FR's looks crazy! What colour is the other EL XR you said is the nicest one getting around?

The EB has the MMM kit on it. You can get it from AWC http://www.awcinfo.com/ . That is not photoshopped at all. It's owned by the forum member Ratman

Good old Simmons Wheels..........

Mate put them on his RX7 over 10 years ago, looked sweet but very expensive............ guess you pay for what you get

Did someone say Simmons? I guess I'm biased but they are the best - have 7 sets so far. FR19s are the best, FR17s/18s are nice but they share the same centre so can look a little small on bigger cars. Dr Hemi summed it up with 'u get what u pay 4' - they aren't the cheapest but they aren't as expensive as people think.
The pics of the my EB aren't photoshopped. It was in issue 14 of Street Fords if u want a better look. For now - here some more pics of my cars - past and present, and the latest set of fully polished FR19s to go on the XBGT project.

Depends where u go but expect $3600-3800 in one of the standad colours (gold, white, silver, black, dark grey) with decent rubber on FR19s, add $150-200 per rim for fully polished - a bit less for custom colours.

im running 18" OM simmons... look ok, suit the car in my opinion. because they are off an AU, im running 15mm spacers on the front to clear the upper control arms. i have yet to get some for the rear, but will be purchased soon.

LOL - u need to be responsible to adopt - that I'm not.

The Blue ELXR8 is sitting on short strut Koni's and SSL kings all round. Inner guard linings have been removed and the guards have been pumped slightly
as it sat on 20s before.
All the extra bits of metal piping up front and stereo gear in the boot help in bringing it down too.
