Default Buying alcohol in bulk

You see, I'm a big alcoholic... Just kidding. My 21st party is happening this weekend and I am in need of many cartons of beer etc. Does anyone know any liquor places that sell in bulk for a better price?

Dan Murphy's and Safeway Liquor only sell for their normal prices, ie. $34-35 for a slab of Carlton Draught, and 54 pingers ($) for a slab of Cougar :tosser1: I've seen them on special for $40 but don't know of anywhere at the moment. I'd be happy to spend the extra few bucks getting some slabs of Cougar :/

If you could let us know of any cheap places, that'd be cool. Otherwise it's paying normal price for 20 or so slabs :( (South East Melbourne)

Cheers :baby bott :baby bott :baby bott

If you need a hand to pick em up let me know.

Hey Luke, I actually manage a bottleshop that's less than 5 minutes from your house. While I can do a better price for bulk, unfortunately it wouldn't be any better than the special prices at Safeway Liquor. Someone told me they had slabs of Vic for $28 or something like that last week. My work pays more than that direct from CUB!

Shop around and ask at a few pubs, you might do better with kegs provided you've got someone who's prepared to supervise the bar and keep the dickheads off the tap. At our wedding we got a pretty good deal on the kegs and had the temprite and a marquee thrown in.
Regards,
Tote

Just what i was going to say, get yourself a keg or 5, we had 4 kegs at a mates 18th and we got through about 3 1/2 of them, was wierd cause the chick were drinking beer as well, still there good value and probably better than trying to get drinks espically when theres glass involved...
