Hi everyone
I currently have BA XR8 and I'm happy with it. But I'm thinking about upgrading. My preference is a FG, but I don't know which Car/engine will be the best choice. Ideally I want to get something for between $15 to $20k changeover with my BA. So that will mean a Car with higher kms. I would love a 335 gt. But resigned they are out of my price bracket. So my options are XR8, or GS (302 or 315) or gt 315 The XR8 has the BA/BF gt engine, so I know the engines are pretty durable. Can any one give me advice on the 302, 315 boss engines. Are they less reliable because of the higher tune? Do they require more maintenance? What about the 315 sc5.0 are the less reliable, need more maintenance? Any info you can give me will help in a future purchase. Thanks Thanks already to Bossxr8 |

Just go for the gs s/c 5.0 (315 Coyote ).... same engine and hardware and reliability as the 335 GT just different tune. End of the day - they are all locally built FORDS and they will all have issues....
