Quality well priced 25mm hub centric wheel spacers..where to buy?

As per title, don't need a pro and con discussion well aware of the deal with these. But going on my precious metal is like to know they're good ones. Easy enough to find 35mm but I'd like 25mm, and play point and shoot on EBay makes me nervous ;!

Any pointers welcome via here or PM ;)

If you know good quality 35mm ones then you could always mill some down to 25mm?

The Japanese brands are generally good quality.

Why not just go the 35mm. It's not more illegal than 25mm.

I assume because they would move the wheels 10mm more than he needs.....

These are my 10mm hub centric spacers for the front of my Merc plus the new extended bolt lugs. (The bolt lugs came from a different supplier)

This is where I bought them from.

They’re CNC Machined Billet Aluminium and they were at the time along with H&R the preferred spacer used by the fellows on the Mercedes forum I was on.

H&R have a very good name in suspension and their spacers are very popular with the Euro crowd.

This is where you could enquire about the H&R spacer to see if they’ll do your fitment size.

Spot on Shonky. There are 25mm options out there but I'd prefer if I can get guidance outside of relying on 'placed just after purchase' EBay feedback. Don't really fancy having something machined down. Thought I'd try...I know Ratter/Herrod have a 35mm option but the price was pretty exotic last time I looked at 300 plus a pair (course id be happy if Ratter kicks in a 25mm option and a better price)

I have a set of the 10mm ones from tough boy (the last of the links above), and they are good. I also bought extended wheel nuts (also from tough boy) to ensure I got at least 8 turns on each wheel stud (I now get 12 and 14, front and rear).

By using hub centric spacers with integrated studs, you won't need the longer wheel nuts - I have a full set of 35mm ones that I got from the US years ago for our explorer at the time, and they were around $200 for the full set of 4.

Not the cheapest and they need to come from the US, but https://www.motorsport-tech.com does quality custom spacers and adapters. I bought a pair of hub centric/wheel centric bolt on adapters for a track toy I had, cost $195US delivered, but spacers are cheaper (just did a quick spec and it was $90US plus shipping which was $65 back in 2013). Crap exchange rate might make it a bit expensive. I was hesitant of any junk from ebay, not when it involved my wheels staying attached to my car.

I spent about 12 months researching and agonising over spacers as I like others I didn’t want a failure to damage or destroy the car and rims and I certainly didn’t want to put my family at risk so I can understand you being hesitant about buying from just anyone.

If you have concerns about the quality of the spacers why not stick to known reputable suspension brands. Check out some of their websites and see what they have available.

I was just on the Team Shelby Forum and I saw a thread where they were discussing spacers for their new Mustangs and H&R and Eibach were mentioned which made me think of your thread and I had another little look around.

Also here’s a place in Sydney that manufacturers their own and appear to be happy to discuss your needs. Sometimes talking to a manufacturer can help you to learn what you need to be looking for in a good product.

Thanks mate, yeah I have/had a query out to BSA seems to be enough on the net to say they're a good thing. I like to buy Australian, not sure about the 'ausmade' stamp on the tough boy stuff....yet few in this thread have had good experiences. Will see how this unfolds, thanks all for the great info above.
