out of wack!

hey guys, i am a new memeber of the xr club, and i havent been to an outing yet, i know its only the start of the year, but im already out of wack,
any one from the brisbane area that wants to suggest any small outing's first, as i am alone!!!, so just get me started off, as i dont know how i will go on a big outing!!!

Welcome to the club! I'm sure you will feel welcome. There are plenty of members from Brisbane both North and Southside’s. Also the day cruises are great as it gives us a chance to mingle and do what we like best........DRIVE!

There is a club run on Sunday that you should try to make it too. The majority of the clubbies are friendly so just rock up and join in - I promise to make you feel welcome - I remember what it was like to be new!

You should really try to make it this weekend...
most are a very friendly bunch and then you have a very special group all to themselves that are the known trouble makers (we loveeeeee to stir)

I guess I'm part of this crew lol I know how hard it is when your new but usually we have 40+ cars so there is lots of people to meet and we really are a friendly bunch as long as you like to talk cars there's always plenty to talk about Our club president Ken is a great bloke and very approachable ( checks in the mail is it Ken?)
Yes we are the trouble makers but we have fun doing it :1syellow1

Well i made it on the cruise, it was interesting, but i probably shouldnt have brought along my mate, it was a bit uncomfortable!

and your car looks excelent! I like it. Maybe next time i can bring my own car and yes lynton the BOSS V8 is a winner, i am converted but, UP THE 6's!!!!

thanks kerri, i think it was umcomfortable for me not him, its a complicated story, just next time he can take his own car, and i will bring someone else!

Yeah a six day week does suck - I couldn't/wouldn't do it. 5 days is painful enough...
