EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST. (HELP NEEDED PLEASE).
The MNCFOC will be having a role in this year’s WINTERSUN activities. Our club has been asked to organize the run from Port Macquarie to North Haven for morning tea, and then a little cruise around the area, and then ending up in the main street of Laurieton. It sounds like a piece of cake, but we will be hosting a run that will have 140-160 vehicles. We will have a police escort out of Port, and morning tea has already been catered for, and the main street of Laurieton will be emptied and the main street will be used as a car park. And then we will cruise back to Port in the afternoon. We will need helpers with marshalling cars and car park duties in North Haven and Laurieton, we will need a few mobile members making sure we do not loose anybody that is on the run, as most of these entrants do not know the area. More will be discussed at our next club run on the 27th, but all those that can help out on the 8th of June (Wednesday) (you will need to take the day off work) please contact Steve Jubb on 0412925888. We will need at least 10 – 15 members to help out. |

A very enjoyable day. It was nice to meet so many wintersun participants with great cars. Well done to Laurieton for getting in the spirit. Well done Steve, they all enjoyed the day and were very complimentary about our club.
Jackie and I had a great day, Thanks.
