Default 1991 TX5 2.2 Turbo Clutch / repair manual

Hi guys, just after a bit of advice:

My sons got a 1991 TX5 2.2 turbo, seems to me the clutch is shot, only about 1" of travel left on the pedal and its getting hard to change gear.

Does anyone know if these have a self adjusting clutch cable?
Kind of reackon on a car of that age it would be self adjusting so no hope of manual adjustment?

So we may be faced with the situation of changing the clutch, got a couple of quotes in the region of $1,100, no way he can afford to do this so we are thinking of doing it ourselves.

We have sourced a new clutch kit for approx $220
Cannot for the life of me find a repair manual that covers the 2.2 turbo, anyone know where to get one?

Failing that does anyone know if the gearbox/clutch on the 2.2 turbo is the same as a normal 2.2, would a none turbo manual cover everything we need to know?

Finaly has anyone ever changed the clutch on one of these and can offer some advice?

Many thanks in advance.

Greg
