I have Blue Ambition, I like then again it was the only XR5T that Torque Ford had and the price definitely swayed me.

My second choice would have been Panther.

My first choice was tango, but I had to wait four months. Second choice thunder, I only had to wait four weeks. So the colour is thunder.

Could have got a thunder straight away. But really want Blue Ambition. So I waited.....3 months. Didn't regret it. Love that colour.

I agree the colour is great, my missus was driving ours the other day and came up beside another Mondeo in Blue Ambition at Aspley. He looked over and gave her a wave, it's the only one we've seen so far.

Mind you I've only seen two Mondeo's on the road so far.

Dude, that was me. I was excited to see a Mondeo on the road as they are still pretty rare. Nice car you have there. I love the XR5 in Blue Ambition. Small world.

It is exciting to see one on the road, as I said I've only seen two. Yours was the first one my missus has seen.

Hopefully Blue Ambition ones like we have will be a rarity considering the colour has been discontinued.

Wanted Panther too long a wait so opted for the first colour that was available with bluetooth - Thunder.

I keep seeing your wife now, today and yesterday, I love in North Lakes and I assume you guys are in Kallangur, so that would explain that. Saw her on the highway yesterday and tonight at Woolies Kallangur (Parked anyway). Guess we are going to see a lot of each other as it seems we are the only ones around our area. Buy the way, the XR5 looks awesome on the road.

My missus said she seen what she thought was the same Mondeo again
Yep we live in Kallangur, I can see North Lakes from my back yard. So far I haven't seen yours around but then again the missus has the car most of the time. We must be in an elite minority to be the only two in the area. :

It was at Woolies last night we were doing our groceries, thanks for the comments on how it looks. It's hard to picture it when your behind the wheel, looking at getting the exhaust tips done today.

Our first choice was Thunder, TDCi with leather, bluetooth and sunroof. Missed one in Thunder by an hour so settled for the second choice and my wife's first choice in White which was a 2 month wait .... Thunder would have been 4 months.

Happy with the colour which was delivered the 1st week of January

Incidentally we also live in North Lakes so Torque Ford must be selling a few.

I had a choice of two colours - white or silver. I called up my partner to seek her advice, and I ended up with silver. I have seen a white one, and it looks the goods. Happy with the silver.

I test drove Sea Grey and liked the look. As it happened the same colour with Bluetooth and Voice was available when I needed to change my lease, so that was it.

I had a black XR6 before and it was a pain to keep clean, Sea Grey hides the grime a little better. Blue Ambition looks good and would probably have been my choice if the SG wasn't available at the time.

I actually got mine from Byrne Ford Kedron. There seems to be quite a few Brisbane Mondeo's here. Maybe we should all go for a cruise one day up Mount Glorious or something.

I somehow missed this post the other day, it sounds like a good idea.

I need to do something with my exhaust. Needs to be a bit more meaty. I have no expertise in this, can anyone give me some advise. Remember that I have the Zetec, our exhaust is different to the XR5 I assume.

Were those XR5's in Red?
The one decision I was letting my wife make was the colour, and in the end we didn't go with it :(

Picked up my Panther Black Mondeo TDCi yesterday, colour choices were very limited. As I wanted the diesel with Bluetooth, first choice was Tango, but could not get it for 4 months. I had teh choice of 3 silvers or the black
