thought id start it up again.
who here owns their car outright? last time i started this thread i think i had my AU repoed, so i only had a hand me down car. now i own 2 cars, of lesser style and quality, but at the end of the day they are mine. Last edited by Kryton; 01-01-2005 at 06:32 PM. |

Thats unreal! How pumped would you be thinking you have at least won a few million and then that happens! So instead of millions you get 500k! Still better than nothing!

I own the 2 I have now. Don't know whats happenng with the next one,(in the next 3 months) though more than likely I will pay cash for it too.
How hard can it be to find a nice MANUAL Blueprint BA XR6?? (3 dealers visited yesterday, and not ONE to be found....)

I always buy my cars outright. Never had finance for a car.
I bought the AU ghia in 2000 as a demo with 3,000kms saved some money to look at buying a BA xr8 in 2002 but the trade in on my ghia was a insult for a car with 32,000kms and just 3 years old. So I used the money to buy my wife a new Mazda sp20 astina which was a cheaper deal than the Ford XR8 deal even though she was happy with her old 929 mazda.Have had my hobby car the Buick since 1984 and I would hate to think of how much money I've sunk into that over the years. buickman |

I pay cash money for the EB.
My son has a Gemini that was his dads before he died. If I had of picked my own numbers I would have had 5 and a supp, but no I go halves in a quick pick coz I'm too lazy to fill out one little form! D'oh!!! :rolleyes:
