Default From $50 REMSA BRAKE PAD SALE NOW ON

Some of you may know the Remsa pad now but for those of you that don't they are a great pad.

Remsa was established in 1970, with its 39 years of extensive manufacturing knowledge and experience in producing automotive brake parts, it is now a leading company and placing a significant position in the world’s automotive brake parts industry. All Remsa Brake Pads are produced in factoriers across Europe. It has established ten production and logistic plants across Europe and America supplying customers with exceptional quality products and services.. Remsa also supplies as an OEM brand for several main suppliers such as TRW.
HPT (High Pressure Treatment)
This is an unique manufacturing process of remsa. 90% of brake pads reduce thier functionarity at high temperature. However, all remsa brake pads are treated at 650 degree high temperature and applying 10,000N press force per brake pad thus ensuring that the complete surface of the pad is evenly cured and keeps the reliability even at high temperature.

You note in your description "DUST-YES". Are they considered a high or low dust pad?

I've had the Remsa's (thru Matt) in for almost 12 mths (4 pot Brembo - front) and personally I would rate them low dust. Great pad and I've not had an issue at all.

Will just be getting the current rotors machined since there's plenty left on them.
Could I get a price for a set of DB1376 + DB1473 posted to Winmalee NSW 2777, and how to send payment?
Thanks.

Just thought I'd drop a quick note in case anyone is interested - I've had Remsa pads on my front brakes for a couple of months now, and they generate a lot of dust in my opinion, possibly even more than the OEM pads on my car.

Having said that, I'm more than happy with their performance, and would definitely recommend them. And also note my car is a humble Fiesta, not exactly a high performance vehicle.

Thats the feedback we get with Remsa pads it is low dust for some and dusty for others but they stop well. I guess it also depends on what they are being compared too.

Hi Matt,

I'm not quite due for new pads yet but I'm curious (and figure a few other people may be) as to how the Remsa pads go for friction coefficient? As I recall:
- HPX are about 0.40 (although no longer listed on QFM website)
- A1RM are 0.40 cold and 0.48 hot (ditto)
- EBC red stuff are apparently 0.50 (from someone else's post on this forum)
I'm guessing that to stop better than HPX (as opposed to being able not fade after repeated stops) they'd need to have a friction coefficient better than 0.4?

I am glad you asked that question because i can't get onto the bloody Remsa website to find it for you lol. This is the best i could do for now but i would expect them to have .40 or better

- Reduces braking distance by 7.4% on average.
- Maintains a stable Friction Coefficient over a wide range of temperatures and pressures (standardised AK Master test).

Are these pads have the full face of the pad contacting the rotor or are they like the bendix stealth?
