HI ALL
just to put the mind at ease should the engime number be the same as the chassie number because engine number starts with ck and so does the chassie ck in a ford capri 72 model if anyone has more info it would be great,, cheers gerry |

Yes on the 72 model the ck number on the strut top, the engine, and the id plate should match. ( if originality is your thing).
