Default finding out info about a car for sale

just wondering the best way to find out details of mods done to a car that is for sale..

the car is in victoria and i'm in nsw, so just popping down to see the seller isn't an option. the carsales ad says that you guys did the work/tune on the car.

if i was to speak to the seller and get his ok would you guys divulge exact work done?

the car in question is a BF2 xr6t, tuned to 270rwkw@12psi, F6 front mount, air panel filter, etc. but it doesn't mention injectors or exhaust mods. the 270kw sounds high with no injectors or exhaust work..
