Default Newbie on board

Howdy Gents (and Ladies),

Just picked up a used BF mark II ute today.

Being a used vehicle, the paint is looking pretty shabby at present. Not for long though, I'm getting stuck in with my elbow grease over the next few evenings.

Once she is looking half decent, I'll post up a photo of my new BF.

Then I'll be hitting up the forum for advice on how to fix stuff.

Regards

Shishka AKA Luke

G'day Luke, and welcome to the forums.

Any pics of the new toy yet?

hey newbie.... also new here so gday all.... slowly getting my 2015 fgx xr6 ute up to scratch. just 3000km on her so far. dropped the ugly thing an made her lvl roughly 35mm front 45mm on the back. chucked in some 20inch at 245 front an 275 rear...@ 900km.. shame to destroy a really nice ride but overall not so rough on the road has settled nicely now lvl with the tyres. small issue with the left hand side not settling as quick as the right. so far have put the issue down to the fact the only real weight ive had in the ute is me,other then fuel on the left of course... was slightly higher by 5 -10 mm on the left side standard, we put that fact down to all the fuel tank is mounted on the left so in some way they compensated for that weird setup...anyway will see how it goes with few bags of cement for a few wks in the back...
anyway happy travels

Not yet with the photos. I've had a lot on my plate this weekend plus I've got a bike that needs riding

Got a few items to source from a wrecker or dealer over the next week or so.

After reading some info on this vehicle, one of the first things I'll be getting onto is the transmission cooler.
