If you mean the picture that shows on all your posts, that's your avatar.
Your profile picture shows on your profile, not on your posts, refer the picture on the right on http://www.fordforums.com.au/member.php?u=3826 <- is that the one you want? If so, you'll need to update your avatar to that picture.
