Default Pictures missing from thread, possible database problem?

Hi,

I've just been made aware that my build thread is looking threadbare in the pics department.

Early pics are there but there seems to be no code for pics starting from about page 2 (the way I view things), though one later pic is showing up.

http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthr...=112946&page=2

I haven't checked in a long time but I'm wondering if this occurred since the recent upgrades? Has anything else along these lines been reported?

I do have these pics so can fix things if possible.

Thanks

Vic

Do you know where the code may have gone?

Could I get access to fix them maybe?

Only russellw will be able to answer that. Sorry.

I do know that photobucket recently upgraded but I don't think that is the issue.

It doesn't seem to be photobucket related - all of the links are there but they aren't working. For example, I can't see pics in post 54 but the image code is looking for

http://users.tpg.com.au/adslqig6/build/38.jpg

.. which if I try to access it directly returns a file not found.

If it is any help, the last ones I can see (post 47) are completely different links:

http://netspeed.com.au/genebaby/build/35.jpg

If all of the rest need to be changed I can do so via the back end but I'll need to be sure that the netspeed url is correct.

Cheers
Russ

Gotcha, let me work on it and I'll PM you after with details of what needs to be in the threads, I was surprised that it was just blank but now that I know the URL involved I can see why it's not working.

Thanks Russ.

You already can upload pics straight from your PC but only up to the attachment limit which is why people use external hosts. Another method not often used is to place pics in the gallery and link to them from there (including in-line images).

Cheers
Russ
