What are the mainbeam and high beam globe codes on a 2007 LS please. eg H1 or H7 etc.

I'm pretty sure main beanms are H7 and high beams are H1's

My 2006 Zetec has H7 low beam H1 high beam. the book says the fog lamps are H8??? but upon further inspection they appear to be H7 as well.

Theres a few things wrong in the manual.. Says spark plug gap needs to be 1.0mm but the stock spark plug is a non-adjustable 1.3mm. I think a lot of other specs in the handbook were carried over from the LR.
