Default 'How to' threads

As has been the case ever since i became a member of this forum there are always threads with people asking how to do things with their cars.
There are also a lot of very wise/knowledgable people who have a wealth of advise to offer.

I'm thinking perhaps there needs to be a 'How to' section in the workshop area for people to post their experiences in wether it be a simple oil change for dummies (no insult intended) to changing headgaskets for the more adventurous.
Obviously it is upto the individual to decide how adventurous they are.

It would save alot of the same old threads clogging up the screen and bring everything together in one area.

Whats your thoughts?
