Default AU hose clamps

I have a Q about the AU hose clamps, How the hell do you get them off ??? they have this funny little cover on them.

You should just beable to pull the round cover off, its just a cover that goes on top of the screw. Well. thats what I do with mine..

These covers seem to trick a lot of people.
They just pop off with the tugg of a pair of pliers.
Underneath will be the normal screwdriver friendly slot.
