Question Au built in radio code entry

Well the title sums it up i've got an au ute with a stock headunit in it and it flash's ERROR and ive got the code to enter it in but im not sure how ? can anyone help me please

you should just beable to push the number for preset 1 to 6 thats what i did on mine and the old mans car.

If you happen to have the wrong code look on the back ove the fuse lid in the dash, some pre delivery departments wrote it their.

You can only enter the code when it says "Code". If you have "error", then the only way to get "code" back is to leave the ignition on for a minimum of around 40 minutes (I'd advise doing this in a locked garage so no-one drives off with the car). You need the ignition on accessories only. The time needed starts at around 40 minutes, and basically gets longer for every invalid code attempt - hopefully, this "error" is just the result of one incorrect code atempt - if it's the 10th incorrect attempt, then you may have to wait around 4 days (seriously).

But, yes, once you get "Code", you enter it via the station preset buttons.
