Default xr6 and xr6 hp any diiference??

gday guys been lookn round for an au engine to go into an e seiries.... im after an xr6 and ive come across xr6hp is there a difference in the two or wat?? is the hp unique only to xr6 engines or standard au engines aswell and what does it mean.

i am very confused haha. any info and recomendations of which engine i should get from the au crew would be much apprciated.
p.s. not interested in the vct engine as they are way to hard to convert to an eseries.

there's only 2 types of xr6 engine - vct or HP. So your normal XR6 engine is the HP one if you get me.

the HP was the standard Xr engine with an option of vct available. to get the most from it you need the matching ecu

xr6 hp is an xr6 only engine. Basically means XR6 without VCT. Has few mods over the standard AU I6 engine like cam, springs, etc. The experts can fill in the rest. XR6 HP engine is what you want if you're not after VCT.
