Hey guys, I have a AUII Forte stock as a rock and I have been considering purchasing a K&N air filter, and had a few questions.
Will it affect fuel consumption? What sort of power gain could I expect? Just from a quick look around most people seem to have K&N filters, I assume this is the brand to go with? I have only found this one on ebay, i assume they can be found in places like supercheap auto? http://tinyurl.com/5hksh3 Again sorry for the stupid questions, my main concern is the fuel consumption side of things, as I really can not afford to have it using more fuel. Cheers

It won't cause fuel consumption to increase. If anything it will decrease. That's if you notice a difference in consumption and performance at all.

it shouldnt use more fuel.
power gains only probably 3-5rwkw, but it is a good starter before you do more mods. but more than likely you wont notice any difference at all, unless your paper filter is completely blocked.

As has been said, unless your filter is blocked, you won't feel any difference. I've done them in a few cars, and have never really noticed anything.
