Looks like a 1990's Barina which was originally an Opel Corsa.

The point is it wasn't made by Chev, it's an Opel.

Opel, Holden, Chev, Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Cadilac and Vauxhall. All GM. Is an Astra a Vauxhall, Holden or Opel?

I must adimit I do find it funny Holden fans love to "enhance" their cars whith Chevy bow tie badges, like they are not proud of Holden.

Oh, and is the Vauxhall VXR a Vauxhall or a Holden? Nope, it is another GM POS,

So what?
So GM uses different brands in different countries and Ford doesnt.

Dont see you laughing at Fiestas and Focii, is it cos Ford sells under one brand?

Sorry to sound like a buzzkill but in Latin America, they sell the Barina (Corsa) as a Chevrolet. In fact they still sell that model as the "Chevrolet Chevy." The Corsa D (the one we didn't get) is called the Viva in Brazil. Infinitely better than the POS Vivas we have past encountered.

Ive been wanting to switch the badges on the partners 00' barina to Opel ones for ages, but its a $200 proposition; not really worth the fuss.

Slight thread mining, but I spotted this gem over the weekend. Too good not to take a picture.

This Chevrolet rebadging thing is getting out of hand...

Not sure what this was, the Missus said it's a Captiva?

Seems strange to have a Chev Badge on it when it is sold under GM's Saturn Brand in the States.

Exactly right! I'm pretty sure our Holden Monaro's are Pontiac's in America too (not Chevrolet) - correct me if I'm wrong? Yet there seems to be one in three Monaro's running around with Chevrolet badges on!

They were also sold as Chevrolets in the Middle East. Lumina S Coupe and Lumina SS Coupe from Memory.

Probably is -

All Daewoo cars/dealers in the UK were renamed Chevrolets a few years back. It's odd to drive past a Chevy dealer and see these sorts of cars.

you don't see ford enthusiasts swapping the badges over to Chrysler now do we? holden fans seem ashamed of the holden badge : There was a commy ute getting around here with chev badges on it, I for one thought it was a dumb move, this isn't the USA and holdens are not chevys.

That's quite scary.

Why would anyone want to devalue a Territory by putting an awful Chevy bowtie badge on it? :

The owner must have a weird sense of humour.. or they really like Chevrolet & couldn't afford one.
On another note. People think the Territory is thirsty... You haven't seen thirsty until you've driven a Chevy petrol SUV. OUCH! :
