Default AU2 XR6 ECU ... where and how much $$$

Hey guys

I have a guy after my AU2 XR6 ECU......
(well, he said "computor" so I'm assuming he is after the ECU"

Where is it located and what is a "fair" price?

Is it the one left of the passenger foot well near the door hinges, or is it the one located in the centre floor between driver and passenger, on the transmission hump?

Thanks Keith

mate you could sell it from $80 to $150 i suggest a $90 is a fair price as Ford would slog you anywhere from $220 to $300 for it new.

Hope thats abit of help.
