Default diffs

im just wondering what is the difference between and englsh and an atlas diff in an escort. as i am thinking of buying an lsd and dont know what diff is my escort. all i know is that it is the stock diff from the factory. any help would be appreciated. and if anyone has a used but in good condition lsd that they want to get rid of just send me a pm with the price and ill get back to you

stock diff is an 'English' diff

the diff centre are the same, the only difference you could come across is tailshaft flange, but, if you are just buying a LSD then you will be using all the original items

why dont you look at a different diff ratio if you are looking to change the perfomance a little
