Hi all I have purchased a Capri Perana V8, Trying to get Rego and Blue slip but does anyone know if a chassis no was stamped on the car? it has all Three plates including the one under the passenger seat but the mechanic wont blue slip it without a stamped chassis no. Any ideas. Thanks

I think they have a stamping on/near the drivers side shock tower, but not sure where. It may be under the existing paint, but obviously you'd like to know exactly where to look before you start taking paint off.

Hi all, found the chassis no it's on the passenger side shock tower in front of the strut also it's number matches the ford build tag and also the beneath passenger seat tag so it is an original v8 Perana. Thanks for the help. Keith
